Adam Smith – Chief Operating Officer
Joined Autopak in 2019 as Operations manager and promoted to COO in 2023.
Responsible for all aspects of Autopak production, supply chain, warehousing and waste management.
20+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Warehousing and Production management roles.
Lucy Young – Group CFO
Joined Autopak-Vetlab Group in 2019.
30+ years’ experience in the Finance Industry.
Responsible for all financials across Autopak-Vetlab Group.
Steve Ward – Project Team Manager
Joined Autopak-Vetlab Group in 2018.
Responsible for capital expenditure and business development projects.
Over 25 years of experience in supply chain management and quality assurance in pharmaceuticals and food industries.
Daniel O'Connor – Group Technical Director
Joined Autopak-Vetlab Group in 2021.
Over 20 years experience in Quality Control.
Responsible for all Quality Control across Autopak-Vetlab Group.
Nilesh Mendpara – Technical Manager
Joined Autopak in 2012.
Responsible for managing all R&D projects as well as providing technical expertise for product and quality improvements.
Holds a Masters in Organic Chemistry.
Craig Wallis – WHS, Regulatory & Training Manager
Joined Autopak from BASF in 2010 with 20 years experience in manufacturing operations in Australia.
Responsible for all aspects of Work, Health & Safety and regulatory issues as well as staff training.
